Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
The following Terms & Conditions have been created to ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining the highest standards of bird welfare, safety, environmental responsibility, and operational integrity.
As our experiences take place within natural Highland woodland environments and involve close interaction with trained birds of prey, guests are kindly asked to read the following information carefully prior to booking or attending an experience.
By making a booking or attending an experience, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Terms & Conditions
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your experience.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the experience may not be accommodated.
Rescheduled bookings must be rebooked and completed within 3 months of the original experience date.
Rescheduling requests outside of the 3-month rebooking window may be subject to an administration fee of up to 30% of the original booking value.
Weather Conditions
Experiences operate in most weather conditions; however, severe weather, unsafe flying conditions, storms, or other environmental factors may require postponement or cancellation.
All decisions regarding weather suitability remain entirely at our discretion, with guest safety and bird welfare remaining the primary consideration at all times.
Location Privacy
Exact meeting details and woodland access information are provided following confirmed booking only.
Guests must not share private location details, access routes, or meeting locations publicly without prior permission.
Minimum Numbers
Experiences will operate regardless of participant numbers and may proceed with a single guest booking.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your experience.
Late arrivals may reduce the duration of the session and may not be accommodated if the group has already departed into the woodland.
Outdoor Environment
Experiences take place within natural woodland and outdoor environments containing uneven terrain, mud, roots, branches, insects, ticks, and changing Highland weather conditions.
Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for outdoor Highland conditions, including wet, cold, windy, sunny, or muddy weather.
Suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear are essential.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage, dirt, staining, or tearing to clothing or footwear during the experience.
Please note there are currently no toilet facilities available on site.
Health & Accessibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in an outdoor woodland experience.
If you have mobility concerns, injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements, please contact us prior to booking so we can advise appropriately.
We reserve the right to refuse participation where necessary for guest safety, operational reasons, or bird welfare.
Children
For safety reasons, children under the age of 6 are unable to participate in experiences.
All children attending must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Children attending private experiences may participate at our discretion; however, participation may be refused where considered necessary for the safety and welfare of both guests and birds.
Non-Participating Guests & Spectators
Non-participating guests and spectators are permitted only by prior agreement.
A fee of £40 per non-participating guest or spectator applies.
All spectators and non-participating guests must remain with the group at all times and follow all safety instructions provided during the experience.
Dogs & Animals
Dogs and other animals are not permitted during experiences due to the welfare and safety of the birds.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted during experiences unless otherwise agreed.
Respect For Wildlife & Landscape
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards wildlife, woodland habitats, staff, birds, and the surrounding landscape throughout the experience.
Disturbance to wildlife, damage to habitats, littering, or behaviour considered harmful to the environment may result in removal from the experience without refund.
Bird Welfare
The welfare of our birds always takes priority.
In rare circumstances, experiences may need to be adjusted, paused, shortened, postponed, or cancelled where necessary for the wellbeing, health, training requirements, or safety of the birds.
Guests must not touch, approach, feed, or handle birds except where instructed to do so.
Safety & Conduct
Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided throughout the experience for the safety of themselves, other guests, staff, and the birds.
Any guest behaving in a manner considered unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, reckless, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable may be asked to leave the experience without refund.
This includes:
• Failure to follow safety instructions
• Behaviour that may endanger birds, guests, or staff
• Excessive disruption
• Intoxication or suspected drug/alcohol impairment
• Inappropriate handling of birds or equipment
We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate an experience at any time where guest safety, operational integrity, staff safety, or bird welfare may be compromised.

Photography for personal use is welcomed unless otherwise advised.
Commercial photography, filming, workshops, promotional shoots, social media campaigns, or brand-related content creation must be agreed in advance prior to booking.
Drone use is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.
Photography opportunities are influenced by weather, lighting, seasonal conditions, and natural bird behaviour. Specific shots, poses, or behaviours cannot be guaranteed.
Media & Promotional Use
We may occasionally capture photographs or video during experiences for promotional or social media purposes.
Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to appear in promotional imagery.
